Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Review the current service-status approach. No public contractual uptime or response-time commitment is made on this page.
Uptime Commitment
Specteron aims to operate reliably and publishes service information on its status page. A binding SLA applies only if it is agreed separately in writing.
- Service Credits: No public service-credit promise applies unless expressly agreed in a separate contract.
- Maintenance Windows: Maintenance and incidents may affect availability; updates may be published on the status page.
- Live Metrics: Current and historical status information is published on the public status page. Status.
Support Response Times
Support is handled on a reasonable-efforts basis unless a separate written agreement defines a response target.

| Urgent (P1) Critical production outage blocking core workflows. | Separately agreed | No fixed public target | No fixed public target |
| High (P2) Significant degradation with a workaround. | Separately agreed | No fixed public target | No fixed public target |
| Normal (P3 / P4) General requests or lower-severity issues. | Reasonable efforts | Reasonable efforts | Reasonable efforts |
Support Channels
Support channels expand with plan level so higher-complexity accounts can work through a tighter operational loop.
- Dashboard Ticketing: Available for all customers through authenticated support workflows.
- Email: Support requests can be sent to [email protected].
- Additional Channels: Any dedicated channel or response commitment requires a separate written agreement.
